Product or service reviewed: Repair of malfunctioning A/C

Excellent communicators -- I didn't have to leave a message as my call was answered immediately on a Saturday morning -- and an appointment was set for that very afternoon. The technician was very competent, and he immediately saw the problem (a "blown" capacitor) and he fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. We're extremely satisfied and very happy to have a working A/C so quickly! Great service!

My A/C was malfunctioning for 3 of the hottest days we've recently had and I called DC Air on Friday, late pm. Withinan hour Tyler was at my house and it was determined that the best option was to replace the unit. By 10am, the very next day, David, the owner of DC Heating and Air, and his assistant, Tyler, were at my house with the new unit. By mid- afternoon, the unit was installed and running. What impressed me and my wife was how available they were. And this is one of their busiest seasons, compounded by the extreme heat!David and Tyler are very respectful young professionals who know not only their trade, but how to deal with people. Their prices are fair and we would highly recommend DC Air, Heating, and Cooling.

Great service. Called and technician came on time. Flame sensor cleaned and furnace running, no noises. Scheduled air conditioner cleaning appointment for May.

Responded quickly when A/C went out on a very hot day. Got A/C going again and a week later returned to install a new furnace & A/C unit. Workers are very efficient and courteous. Price is good as well. Definitely recommend!

Andrew was wonderfully accommodating when our AC stopped working we called him and received same day service. On an especially hot day this went above and beyond. Andrew was very helpful and fixed out problem right away. He has great customer service we are 100% satisfied with his work. We have even referred him over to all our friends and family.

Product or service reviewed: Repair and replace furnace.

After a valiant effort to repair my old furnace, it was still sporadically acting up. I decided to replace it. On 1/2/2018, Dave did a fine job replacing it with a furnace of the same dimensions. I found Dave to be extremely competent and easy to work with. He installed it in 3 or 4 hours on a very cold day, and it worked the first time he turned it on. It has been working for about a week now with no problems. Thanks Dave.
